Our Story
From frustration to platform
It started inside Buck's Dog Training. The team was running a growing, multi-location dog-training business on a tangle of tools — one for scheduling, another for invoicing, a third for client communication, a fourth for training programs.
None of them talked to each other. Client data lived in five places, staff logged into four apps every morning, and every new location meant duplicating the whole mess from scratch.
So we built the platform we wished existed: one system for CRM, scheduling, invoicing, training management, and a branded client portal — all connected. It ran our own business first. Then other trainers wanted it, then groomers and boarders, then service businesses well beyond pets.
Today Plug N Play is the platform behind a growing roster of service businesses — and the free Pet Portal any pet owner can use. The mission is the same as day one: one platform that replaces the chaos of five separate tools.
