From frustration to platform
It started with a spreadsheet. Our founder, Alex, ran a growing dog training business and was drowning in tools — one for scheduling, another for invoicing, a third for client communication, and a fourth for tracking training programs.
None of them talked to each other. Client data lived in five places. Staff had to log into four apps every morning. And when a new location opened, the whole mess had to be duplicated from scratch.
So Alex built a prototype: a single platform that handled everything his team needed. CRM, scheduling, invoicing, training management, and a client portal — all connected, all in one place. Other trainers noticed. Then fitness studios. Then consulting firms.
