Prices read off each vendor's own pricing page. What they do better, stated plainly. No invented numbers and no crossed-out competitors.

The short answer

Gingr, MoeGo, Time To Pet, Pawfinity, DaySmart Pet and PetExec are all real products with more customers than us. They price per service tier, per van, per staff member, per business, per seat, and by quote respectively — Pawfinity at $55/mo is genuinely cheaper than we are. Plug N Play is $100/mo per business, and the plan also carries the phone system, payroll, contracts and a website.

Plug N Play vs spreadsheets

The way most facilities under ten staff actually run today

Spreadsheets cost nothing and hold anything, which is why they survive. What they cannot do is take a booking at 9pm, chase an unpaid invoice, prove a vaccine is current, or tell you the dog going home tomorrow never had its report card written. Plug N Play is $100/mo and does those unprompted.
