Billing is per business rather than per user, annual saves 20%, and the paid 30-day trial needs no credit card.

Pricing questions
Is the price per user?
No. It is per business. Starter covers 3 staff, Professional covers 15, and Enterprise is unlimited — hiring does not change your bill. That is the main way this differs from software priced per staff member, per van or per location.
Is Starter free forever, or is it a trial?
Free forever. No credit card, no expiry date, no countdown in the corner. One location, three staff and 500 contacts, with booking, records, invoicing, payments and a branded client portal. If you never outgrow it, you never pay us.
Do I have to be a pet business to use the free plan?
No. Starter is open to any small business — a cleaning company, a studio, a tutor, a landscaper. The booking, invoicing and client-portal core is the same. The paid plans are where the pet-care depth sits: kennels, training programs, vaccine tracking, report cards.
What does the paid trial include?
30 days on Professional or Enterprise, no credit card, full access. It is not self-serve sign-up: we build your workspace with you — services, staff, kennels, packages, forms — and import your clients and animals, so you are looking at your own business rather than a blank demo.
What happens when the paid trial ends?
You pick a plan, or you drop back to Starter and keep going for free. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically — there is no card on file to charge.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, either direction. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — 20% off, billed once a year.
What about payment processing fees?
Card and ACH processing is billed by the payment processor, not by us. We do not add a per-transaction charge on top, and you can bring your own Stripe or Authorize.net account.
What if I go over my contact limit?
We tell you before it becomes a problem and you move up a plan when it makes sense. Nothing stops working without warning.
