Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial period.

What happens if I exceed my contact limit?

We will notify you when you are approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time, or we can discuss a custom arrangement for your needs.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual plans come with a 20% discount. Contact our sales team to set up annual billing.

Can I add more staff accounts?

Additional staff accounts can be added to any plan for $15/mo per user on Starter, $10/mo per user on Professional, and are unlimited on Enterprise.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and can set up invoicing for Enterprise and Premium customers.
