What it plugs into
Everything on this page is built and working. Everything that is not is on the list at the bottom, by name.
The short answer
Plug N Play connects to Authorize.net, Stripe, Square and Plaid for money; Google, Outlook and Apple calendars; Twilio for phone and SMS; QuickBooks and TaxJar for books; Meta, Google Business Profile and the major social platforms for marketing; and exposes a REST API with webhooks. You bring your own payment account — we take no cut.
Taking money
Bring your own merchant account — we do not resell payments or take a cut of the transaction.
Authorize.net
Cards and ACH, saved cards on file, automatic recurring billing. Per-location credentials, so a multi-location business can settle to different accounts.
Stripe
Cards, saved payment methods and off-session charging for subscriptions and plans.
Plaid
Bank-account verification for ACH and payouts, so a routing number is confirmed before you rely on it.
Square
For businesses already running a Square terminal at the counter.
Calendars
Two-way, not a read-only feed — an appointment moved in either place moves in the other.
Google Calendar
Two-way OAuth sync per staff member. Create, reschedule and cancel propagate instantly in both directions.
Outlook / Microsoft 365
The same two-way sync for teams on Microsoft.
Apple Calendar (CalDAV / iCal)
Subscribe from an iPhone or Mac. Note that Apple polls on its own schedule, so a feed is minutes-to-hours behind — connect Google or Outlook if you need instant.
Talking to clients
The phone system and the inbox are part of the platform, not another subscription.
Twilio
Your business numbers, two-way SMS, inbound and outbound calling from the browser and the app, recordings, transcription and voicemail — all attached to the client record.
Your own mail server or provider
Staff mailboxes and outbound mail over standard SMTP/IMAP, with sending domains you control.
Books and payroll
Accounting stays where your accountant wants it.
QuickBooks
Push invoices, payments and the chart of accounts so your bookkeeper keeps working the way they already do.
TaxJar
Sales-tax rates and filing data for businesses that owe it on retail or services.
Checkr and E-Verify
Background checks and work authorisation inside the hiring pipeline, rather than a separate portal somebody forgets to use.
Marketing and storefront
Connected where it feeds the CRM — a lead from any of these lands as a real record.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Lead ads into the CRM, page messaging into the shared inbox, and ad spend against booked revenue.
Google Business Profile
Reviews and profile data pulled in beside the client record they belong to.
YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X and Threads
Scheduled publishing from the content calendar.
Shopify and Fourthwall
Retail and merch alongside your service revenue.
Slack
Operational alerts into the channel your team already watches.
Build your own
Because the integration you need is always the one nobody built.
REST API
Read and write the records that matter — contacts, animals, appointments, invoices — with scoped access.
Webhooks
Fire on the events you care about, so your own tooling reacts without polling.
Data import
Bulk import from a previous system, including a purpose-built Odoo importer for businesses coming off it.
What we do not connect to
Named, so you find out here rather than in week three.
- Xero — QuickBooks is the accounting connector today.
- Zapier / Make — the API and webhooks are there, but there is no published Zapier app yet.
- Mailchimp / Klaviyo — email campaigns are built into the platform, so there is no connector to an outside sender.
- Veterinary practice systems — no direct clinic integration; vaccine records come in by upload or import.
Integration questions
Do I have to use your payment processor?
No. Bring your own Authorize.net, Stripe or Square account. We do not resell payments and we take no cut of your transactions — you keep whatever rate you have negotiated.
Is the calendar sync two-way?
With Google and Outlook, yes — moving an appointment in either system moves it in the other, within seconds. Apple Calendar over CalDAV is a subscription feed, so it updates on Apple’s polling schedule rather than instantly.
Can I get my data out through the API?
Yes, and also without it — a full export is available from the app at any time. The API is for building something on top, not for escaping.
What if the integration I need is not listed?
Tell us. If it is a connector several operators need we will build it; if it is specific to you, the API and webhooks are the route, and Full Integration customers get engineering time to wire it.
Need something that is not here?
Tell us what it is and what it has to do. If several operators need it, we build it.
