Is the free plan actually free, or does it expire?
Starter is free forever. No expiry, no card on file, no countdown -- one location, three staff, 500 contacts, with booking, records, invoicing, payments and a branded client portal. If you never outgrow it, you never pay us.
Do I have to be a pet business?
Not for the free plan. Starter is open to any small business -- cleaning, studios, tutoring, landscaping, whatever you run. The paid plans go deep on pet care specifically: kennels, training programs, vaccine tracking and report cards.
What happens after the 30-day paid trial?
You pick a paid plan, or you drop back to Starter and keep going for free. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically -- there is no card on file to charge.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Neither the free plan nor the paid trial asks for one. You only enter payment information when you decide to upgrade.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. Plug N Play includes data import tools for contacts, appointments, invoices, and more. Our team can also help with custom migrations.
How long does setup take?
After you request your trial, our team gets your workspace ready and reaches out with login details -- usually within one business day. From there you can configure your branding, import data, and invite your team, and most businesses are fully operational within a few hours.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Your data is hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Each tenant gets their own isolated database.
