How much does Plug N Play cost?
Starter is free forever — one location, three staff, no credit card and no expiry date. Professional is $100/mo for up to 15 staff. Enterprise is $250/mo for unlimited staff and locations, including payroll and white-label branding. Annual billing saves 20%. The price is per business, not per user, so hiring does not raise your bill.
Is the free plan really free, or is it a trial?
Really free. Starter has no end date, no card on file and no countdown — booking, client records, invoicing, payments and a branded client portal, for as long as you want them. The paid plans add the things a growing team needs, and they come with a 30-day trial of their own.
Do I have to be a pet business to use it?
Not for Starter — it is open to any small business, and the same booking, invoicing and client-portal core works for a cleaning company, a studio or a tutor. The deeper paid features are built around pet care, which is what the platform was designed to run.
What does the paid trial include?
30 days, no credit card. It is not a self-serve sign-up: we build your workspace with you, import your clients and animals, and hand it over configured. Most businesses are taking real bookings the same week.
Can you move my data over from my current software?
Yes. Clients, animals, vaccine records, appointment history and open invoices. We have run this migration on our own company from two prior systems — roughly 16,000 client records and 3,250 invoices of history — so it is a process, not an experiment.
What kinds of businesses is it built for?
Dog trainers, boarding kennels, daycare, grooming and multi-service pet-care facilities, including multi-location and licensed operators. The same platform also runs farm, cleaning, martial arts, tutoring and landscaping businesses, but pet care is what it was built around.
Do my clients have to download an app?
No. Every client gets a branded portal in their browser for booking, paying, messaging and their animal’s records. There are native iOS and Android apps for the clients who want one, and for your staff in the field.
Does my data get used to train AI?
No. There are no third-party AI services in the product — the automation is rules the system follows, running on your own data, in your own account. You can export everything at any time.
